Corporation «Law company «BUSINESS-PRAVO AUDIT» is the largest law company on the territory of the Crimea and the town of Sevastopol. It was formed in 2000. It's staff comprises 200 persons. Corporation's legal representative office has been established and functions in the city of Lvov.

Arbitration Court, which is authorized in compliance with legislation to resolve the litigations, arising from the civil and economy legal relations, has been registered at the Corporation.

The Corporation has got deserved reputation while working with the Sevastopol City State Administration (SCSA) and the City Council. The Head of the Corporation is a co-chairman of the Public Council at the Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs in the town of Sevastopol.
